Experience the decadence of this soft and rich Milk Pudding—a breeze to make with just milk! In just 15 minutes, you can whip up this delightful dessert that melts in your mouth. For a lactose-free option, feel free to swap in coconut milk. Give this easy and delicious treat a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 cup coconut shreds

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pot, combine half of the milk with the sugar, mixing until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining milk with the cornstarch until fully combined.
  3. Place the pot with the sugar and milk over medium-low heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes, heating the mixture without letting it simmer.
  4. Gradually pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot while stirring continuously. Keep stirring until the pudding thickens, about 4 minutes. The ideal consistency is thick enough to slowly drip off a spatula.
  5. Line a container with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Let it cool for 1-2 hours until fully set.
  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces, coat with shredded coconut, and enjoy!
