Veg Pulao Recipe

For cooking vegetable pulao recipe soak basmati rice in water for 30 min.

In a pan saute whole spices including cumin seed, bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black cardamom in low flame. 

Next add chopped onions, green chili and saute till translucent.

After that add capsicum, carrots, french beans, green peas, boil soya beans and saute in high flame. 

Now pour water also sprinkle salt, nutmeg, mace, coriander leaves  

Now add soaked basmati rice in boiling water and mix them gently.

After that cover the pan and cook the veg pulao till rice absorbed all of the water. 

Finally open the lid and your veg pulao recipe is completed.
