CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE

This Creamy Chicken Bake is sure to impress with its rich flavor. Tender chicken breasts in a creamy sauce make for a perfect main dish or a savory snack.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 ยพ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ยพ oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
  • ยฝ cup water
  • ยฝ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • ยฝ tsp paprika
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF.
  2. Lightly grease a 9ร—13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, water, onion powder, and chives. Pour this mixture over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle paprika on top.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is lightly browned. Use a cooking thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165ยฐF.
  5. Serve and enjoy with your favorite side dish!
