Ingredients:
Want to save this recipe?
- ½ cup chopped chocolate
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (see notes)
- ½ cup sugar (white, brown, or sugar-free)
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free, if needed)
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped chocolate. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes before whisking in the yogurt and sugar until smooth. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda to the chocolate mixture. Mix until just combined. Stir in the milk and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy these guilt-free, fudgy brownies!
