Aloo matar recipe

Saute whole spices in low flame.

1. Saute chopped onions, ginger garlic and green chili.

Pour tomato puree and cook for sometimes.

1. Sprinkle salt, and some powder spices cook till oil starts leaving side of the pan. 

1.  Add quarter cut potatoes and cook in medium flame.

1. Next add salt, pour water.

1. Now add fresh green peas or frozen peas.

1. Cove and simmer till aloo are soft and cooked properly. 

1. Finally sprinkle kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot aloo matar.
