Bhindi masala recipe

1. At first , wash and Cut bhindi or okra in medium size.

2. Then saute 2 medium size chopped onions.

3.Next shallow fry bhindi in oil for 3 min in low flame.

4. After that saute chopped green chili, onions, ginger garlic in oil. 

5.Next pour tomato puree, aromatic spices, dash of water, cook till it thickens.

6. Next pour heavy cream and mix them together.

7. Also sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi.

8. Finally add fried bhindi, cover and cook bhindi masala for 5 min.
