Simple but tasty bhindi masala recipe

1. Wash and Cut bhindi or okra in medium size.

1. Saute 2 medium size chopped onions.

1. Shallow fry bhindi in oil for 3 min in low flame.

1. Saute chopped green chili, onions, ginger garlic in oil. 

1.  Pour tomato puree, aromatic spices, dash of water, cook till it thickens.

1. Next pour heavy cream and mix them together.

1. Also sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi.

1. Finally add fried bhindi, cover and cook for 5 min.
