Chilli Paneer Recipe

For cooking chilli paneer mix maida, cornstarch, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt.

Dry marinate paneer for chilli paneer.

Now fry paneer till golden brown.

Drain off excess oil from fried paneer on kitchen tissue. 

Make sweet and sour paneer chilli sauce. 

Make smooth cornstrach slurry. for restaurant style chilli paneer.

Fry chopped ginger garlic, onion layer and capsicum.

1. Pour cornstarch slurry, sauce which we made earlier. 2. Also sprinkle salt,kashmiri chili powder for color. 

1. Add fried paneer and tossed in high flame. 2. Serve hot by garnishing chopped spring onions.
