Dal Makhani Recipe

Soak urad dal and rajma in sufficient water for 18 hours.

Then cook dal in pressure cooker till it mushy or not.

Now saute whole spices and green chili in butter for sometimes.

First saute onion puree, then add tomato puree,chili powder and salt. 

Next add dal,some water simmer till dal cooks properly. 

When dal becomes thicker add butter and mix properly.

Sprinkle kasuri methi and heavy cream simmer in low flame.

Now for dhunagar method place hot charcoal in bowl and pour ghee. 

1. When it generates smoke place lid immediately for 5 min. 2. Serve dal makhani hot with butter naan.
