Egg biryani recipe

For preparing egg biryani recipe first soak long grain fragrant basmati rice in water.

Next in a warm milk add a few strands of saffron,color will change to yellow.

Now fried slice onions in oil till golden brown.

While cooking biryani rice check the rice by pressing fingers, It shouldn't be mushy.

Now first saute whole spices and ginger garlic paste then cook tomatoes with salt, turmeric, chili powder and curd.

Next pour water, sprinkle coriander, pudina leaves and gram masala , boil eggs . potatoes, brown onions.

Now apply ghee in bottom of handi and add 1st layer rice, then egg gravy,again 2nd layer rice.

Finally pour rose, kewra water, desi ghee,saffron milk and chopped coriander, mint leaves, fried onions on top of egg biryani.

Finally seal the handi with foil paper or flour dough. First cook anda  biryani in high flame, then place on tawa and cook on low flame.
