Egg Biryani Recipe

Soak long grain fragrant basmati rice in water.

In a warm milk add a few strands of saffron,color will change to yellow.

Fried slice onions in oil till golden brown.

Check the rice by pressing fingers, It shouldn't be mushy.

1. First saute whole spices and ginger garlic paste. 2. Cook tomatoes with salt,turmeric,chili powder and curd.

1. Next pour water, sprinkle coriander, pudina leaves and gram masala. 2. Add boil eggs and potatoes,brown onions.

1. Now apply ghee in bottom of handi. 2. Add 1st layer rice, then egg gravy,again 2nd layer rice.

1. Finally pour rose, kewra water, desi ghee,saffron milk. 2. Then chopped coriander, mint leaves, fried onions on top of egg biryani.

1. Seal the handi with foil paper or flour dough. 2. First cook anda  biryani in high flame, then place on tawa and cook on low flame
