World Famous Gajar ka halwa recipe
1. Wash and peel young carrot.
1. Now grate carrots using food processor.
1. Saute dry fruits in butter till they are crunchy.
1. Cook grated carrots in low flame for sometimes.
1. Pour milk and stir continuously till 80% milk evaporates.
1. Add sugar, mix properly.
1. Sprinkle kardamom powder , and add clarified butter.
1. Finally add roasted dry fruits and our gajar halwa is ready.
