Gobi Manchurian Recipe

1. Boil cauliflower with salt, vinegar. 2. Dry up on cotton cloth.

Coat cauliflower with cornflour, maida, salt, black pepper, chili powder, bread crumb.

Shallow fry coated gobi till golden brown from both sides.

Drain excess oil on kitchen tissue. 

Saute, ginger garlic, green chili, spring onions in medium flame. 

Pour chili sauce , soy sauce and vinegar. 

To balance taste sprinkle sugar, chili powder, salt.

Now add fried gobi and tossed in manchurian sauce in high flame. 

Finally garnish with spring onions and serve hot gobi manchurian.
