How to make  palak  paneer?

1. Boil water with salt, and vinegar.

1. Blanch palak leaves for sometimes in medium flame .

1. Immediately immerse blanch palak leaves into icy water to retain its green texture.

1. Now blend till smooth palak paste. 

1. Add butter in pan. 2. Saute cumin seed till splutter 

1. First saute chopped ginger garlic then green chili and onions.

1. Pour palak puree and cook for sometimes.

1. Sprinkle salt,red chili powder,coriander powder, simmer till raw smell disappear. 

1. Gently mix fresh paneer cube in this palak gravy.

1. Finally pour cream and gently mix in low flame.
