Paneer tikka masala recipe

For making paneer tikka masala recipe first make thick batter by mixing spices and thick curd.

Now place paneer and veggies in batter then evenly coat them in marination. 

Now gently pick paneer, veggies from marination then start threading one by one in bamboo in skewer or metal skewer.

Next cook paneer tikka on both side on girdle or stove top till slightly golden brown.

After that prepare restaurant style paneer tikka masala gravy. 

Now mix grilled paneer tikka in this tikka masala gravy.

Finally, in a bowl place red hot charcoal and ghee, keep it inside paneer tikka masala.  

Cover paneer tikka masala for at least 10 min till it properly infuse charcoal smoke. After that serve it with garlic naan and tandoori roti.
