Butter Chicken Recipe

To prepare butter chicken, first marinate chickens with salt, black pepper, oil, chili powder, vinegar, curd,turmeric powder, ginger garlic chili paste.

Next saute slice onions in butter till translucent. 

After that sprinkle salt, red chili powder,almonds, cashew, water. Then cook tomatoes till translucent.

Now pour mixture in a blender and make smooth paste. 

Furthermore, cook the marinated chickens in oil in medium high flame till they become slightly golden brown from both sides. 

When they are fried, place them on kitchen tissue to drain excess oil.

Now to prepare chicken makhani gravy, first saute whole spices in butter along with chopped ginger garlic , green chili. 

After that pour makhani pure, kashmiri red chili powder, salt,sugar, water and cook till makhani gravy thickens. 

At this moment add chicken tikkas and simmer this murgh makhani gravy for sometimes.

Finally sprinkle , garam masala powder, coriander leaves, kauri methi and cream. Simmer for sometime before serving butter chicken with naan, tandoori roti.
