Instant Jalebi Recipe

For making instant jalebi recipe mix maida, cornflour, baking soda, curd  in a bowl.

Now pour water and whisk properly till get free flowing batter.

Next add pinch of yellow food color and mix properly.

Next melt sugar, water, rose water, saffron strands and lemon juice together to get string consistency. 

Now pour jalebi batter in a milk packet and cut at the bottom.

After that melt ghee in a pan and fry jalebi in a medium high flame till crispy.

Now immediately pour this crispy jalebi in slightly warm sugar syrup.

Finally our instant jalebi recipe is complete, you can eat jalebi with rabri or as it is..
