Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

For preparing paneer butter maslaa recipe first saute tomatoes, onions, greem chili,  green cardamom for sometimes.

Now sprinkle salt,black pepper,chili powder, sugar. Add cashew,almonds and dash of water.

Next cover and simmer butter paneer gravy for 15 min.

Pour mixture in blender and make a smooth masala paste. 

First saute whole spices in butter,then saute ginger garlic,green chili.

Next pour smooth makhani paste, also sprinkle kashmiri red chili powder and mix properly.

Now simmer this paneer butter masala curry for 7 to 8 min.

Now add fresh paneer cube and gently mix in this butter gravy. 

Finally pour heavy cream in this paneer butter masala, also sprinkle coriander leaves,kasuri methi mix gently.
