Paneer Tikka Recipe

To make prepare paneer tikka  batter by mixing spices and thick curd.

Now add ginger garlic, roasted besan, kasuri methi, ajwan and mustard oil. 

After that add cube cut capsicum, tomato onion in this mixture and evenly coat.

Then add cube paneer in tikka mixture and gently coat. 

Now in a skewer add paneer and veggies one by one. 

Next rotate paneer tikka skewer and cook from both sides in medium to low flame.

For tandoori paneer tikka place hot charcoal in a bowl and pour ghee. 

When smoke generates immediately close the pan with a lid for 10 min.
