Veg Biryani Recipe

For perfect veg biryani recipe soak long grain fragrant basmati rice in water.

In a warm milk add a few strands of saffron, color will change to yellow.

1. First saute whole spices. 2. Saute onion,green chili and ginger garlic paste.

1. Quickly cook carrots, capsicum, french beans, soya beans, boil potatoes, green peas.  2. Now add salt, turmeric, garam masala. chili powder.

1. Add curd cook sometimes. 2. Then pour some water and set aside this vegetable biryani curry. 

Cook biryani rice with water, salt, whole spices, rose water, kewra water till 70% are done.

1. Apply ghee at the bottom of handi. 2. Then add first layer of rice

1. Now pour veg biryani gravy,sprinkle coriander,mint leaves . 2. Next place third layer of rice.

1. Finally sprinkle chopped coriander ,mint leaves,rice stock, saffron milk and desi ghee on top of vegetable biryani.

1. Seal the handi with foil paper or flour dough. 2. First cook vegetable biryani recipe in high flame, then place on tawa and cook on low flame
