Veg Biryani Recipe

For preparing veg biryani recipe soak long grain fragrant basmati rice in water.

Next in a warm milk add a few strands of saffron, color will change to yellow.

Now first saute whole spices then saute onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste.

After that quickly cook carrots, capsicum, french beans, soya beans, boil potatoes, green peas., also add salt, turmeric, garam masala. chili powder.

Next add curd , water cook sometimes then set aside this for vegetable biryani. 

Cook biryani rice with water, salt, whole spices, rose water, kewra water till 70% are done.

For cooking vegetable biryani recipe , apply ghee at the bottom of handi then add first layer of rice

Now pour veg biryani gravy, sprinkle coriander,mint leaves  and place third layer of rice.

Finally sprinkle chopped coriander ,mint leaves, rice stock, saffron milk and desi ghee on top of vegetable biryani.

Now seal the handi with foil paper or flour dough. First cook veg biryani recipe in high flame, then place on tawa and cook on low flame
