For veg cutlet recipe boil mash potatoes.

Saute ginger garlic, green chili, onions next saute peas, beetroot, carrots, french beans.

Mix mashed potatoes with veggies.

Sprinkle salt, chili, coriander, amchur, garam masala powder. 

Tightens cutlet dough with maida and crushed cornflakes. 

Make thick batter of maida and water mixture. 

First dip into maida slurry then coat with crushed cornflakes.

Fry the cutlets in medium to low flame till golden brown from both sides.

Finally place crispy veg cutlet on kitchen tissue and serve hot.
