Veg momos recipe

For veg momos first saute chopped onions, green chili, ginger garlic till translucent.

Next cook carrots , cabbage , capsicum, french beans in medium flame.

Now mix salt, red chili, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar.

Make momos dough by mixing maida,salt, oil and water. 

Now using a rolling pin make 3 inch diameter of circle. 

Add vegetable stuffing , then apply water around edges.

Now for veg momos shape join one side to another then connect both end just like modok.

Finally apply oil in a steamer or you can add cabbage leaves and steam veg momos till transparent.
