Healthy Vegetable Soup

Saute ginger garlic, spring onions in oil.

Next cook chopped carrots capsicum, cabbage, french beans, green peas. 

Pour water, sprinkle salt, black pepper. 

Cover and simmer the veggies till they are crunchy. 

Pour corn starch slurry to thicken manchow soup.

Finally sprinkle spring onions, green chili before serving vegetable soup.
