These Warm Cinnamon & Maple-Glazed Air Fryer Apples make a delicious, healthy dessert that’s vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free—perfect for everyone to enjoy! Made with fresh apples tossed in maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut oil, they come out tender on the inside with a touch of crisp on the outside. Serve with ice cream, oatmeal, or savor them on their own!

Ingredients:

  • 2 red apples (Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup, divided
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil (use refined for no coconut taste)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, toss the apple cubes with 1 Tbsp of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon until well coated.
  3. Place the apples in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and tender.
  4. Remove the apples and toss with the remaining 1 Tbsp of maple syrup.
  5. Serve warm with ice cream, oatmeal, or as a cozy treat!

Notes:

  • Maple Syrup: For the best flavor, use pure maple syrup; honey works as a substitute if needed.
  • Coconut Oil: Opt for refined coconut oil if you prefer no coconut taste, or substitute with olive oil.
  • Storing & Reheating: Best served fresh, but you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds until warm.
