These flourless Greek yogurt brownies are the ultimate healthy treat, made with just 4 simple ingredients! This protein-packed brownie recipe is incredibly easy to prepare and makes for a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients
▢ 180 grams (¾ cup) Greek yogurt
▢ 1 egg
▢ 60 grams (½ cup) cocoa powder
▢ 80 grams (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) erythritol sweetener

Optional Ingredients
▢ ½ tsp coffee powder
▢ ⅙ tsp salt
▢ Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, and erythritol sweetener. Stir until the mixture forms a smooth brownie batter.
  3. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired.
  4. Bake for 22 to 30 minutes (mine took about 25 minutes). Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days in a sealed container.
