These flourless Greek yogurt brownies are the ultimate healthy treat, made with just 4 simple ingredients! This protein-packed brownie recipe is incredibly easy to prepare and makes for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
▢ 180 grams (¾ cup) Greek yogurt
▢ 1 egg
▢ 60 grams (½ cup) cocoa powder
▢ 80 grams (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) erythritol sweetener
Optional Ingredients
▢ ½ tsp coffee powder
▢ ⅙ tsp salt
▢ Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, and erythritol sweetener. Stir until the mixture forms a smooth brownie batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired.
- Bake for 22 to 30 minutes (mine took about 25 minutes). Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days in a sealed container.
