Whip up these delightful no-bake crunch bars in just minutes! With only 5 ingredients, one bowl, and less than 2 minutes of prep time, this quick and easy snack or dessert is not only delicious but also naturally gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and can be made sugar-free!

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute

Total Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (or grass-fed butter)

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or a deep baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the crispy rice cereal and set it aside. In a separate microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until melted, then remove from heat and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the crispy rice cereal and stir until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  5. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars. Enjoy!
