Ingredients:
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or grass-fed butter)
Instructions:
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or a deep baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the crispy rice cereal and set it aside. In a separate microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until melted, then remove from heat and whisk until fully combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the crispy rice cereal and stir until well mixed.
