Whip up this irresistible dessert in any instant pudding flavor you like! It’s a super quick, easy, and no-bake treat that takes just minutes to make, and has become a family favorite—my kids absolutely love it!

Instructions:

  1. Mix the pudding: Use a hand mixer to prepare the instant pudding according to the package directions, but substitute heavy cream for the milk.
  2. Thicken the pudding: Once the pudding and heavy cream are fully combined, place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Then, mix it again until it’s super thick and creamy.
  3. Store it: Transfer to a covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze half for later! Frozen, it makes a delicious cold treat with a slightly different texture.

Notes:

  • The heavy cream gives this pudding an extra rich and decadent texture. A little goes a long way, making it perfect for a quick spoonful, or even as an icing or pie filling.
  • For a lighter version, try using half milk and half whipping cream, or customize it to your liking.
  • If you’re watching sugar, opt for sugar-free instant pudding.
  • This rich mousse also works great as a dip or spread for fruit, cookies, or graham crackers!

Enjoy this easy dessert anytime!
