Ingredients

For the Smoothie Base

  • 1 banana chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt or Skyr use plant-based yogurt for vegan/dairy-free

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Fruit
