Ready in just 8 minutes, these Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and tossed in rich garlic butter. A quick, flavorful dinner that’s keto and low-carb friendly.

Ingredients

  • 650 g 22.9 oz sirloin steak (or your choice), trimmed and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch red chili flakes optional
  • Low-calorie spray or olive oil spray
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1.5 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

Season the steak:

  • Place cubed steak in a bowl. Add paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes. Toss to coat.

Spray and toss:

  • Add low-calorie spray to evenly coat all sides of the steak.

Preheat air fryer:

  • Heat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Cook steak:

  • Arrange steak bites on the grill plate or basket. Air fry for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.

Garlic butter finish:

  • Remove steak from the air fryer. Keep the juices in the bottom of the basket. Return steak bites to the basket with garlic, melted butter, and parsley.

Final cook:

  • Air fry for another 1–2 minutes to infuse the flavors.

Garnish:

  • Sprinkle with extra parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

Use sirloin or ribeye for best tenderness.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if needed.
Let steak bites rest briefly before serving to retain juices.
