Ingredients

  • 21 oz can apple pie filling
  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Apples

  • In a bowl, crumble the apple pie filling using a fork into small chunks. Set aside.

Step 3: Cream Butter and Sugar

  • In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.

Step 4: Add Eggs and Apples

  • Mix in the eggs, crumbled apple pie filling, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 5: Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 6: Make the Batter

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined.

Step 7: Add Raisins and Walnuts
