This Asian Pork Tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and easy to grill. With a simple marinade of soy, honey, garlic, and ginger, it’s the perfect quick dinner idea.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • cup soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Make the Marinade:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder.

Marinate the Pork:

  • Place pork tenderloins in a large zip-top bag or container. Pour half of the marinade over the pork. Seal and refrigerate for 4–8 hours. Store the remaining marinade in an airtight container in the fridge.

Grill the Pork:

  • Preheat your grill to 350°F. Remove pork from marinade and discard used marinade. Place tenderloins on the grill.

Cook & Baste:

  • Grill for about 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Baste with the reserved marinade during grilling. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Rest & Serve:

  • Remove from grill, cover with foil, and rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking—145°F is the sweet spot for juicy pork.
Rotate often while grilling to ensure even cooking and avoid burning.
Let the pork rest before slicing to retain juices and tenderness.
