This Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip is the quintessential fall appetizer that brings a sophisticated, seasonal flair to your next gathering. There is something deeply cozy about the combination of salty, tangy feta whipped into a silken cloud with the earthy sweetness of pumpkin purée.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled (room temperature)
  • ½ cup 100% pure pumpkin purée
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil optional
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the crumbled feta and Greek yogurt into a food processor.
  • Process for 2–3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and whipped.
  • Add the pumpkin purée, honey, and cinnamon. Process for another minute until fully combined and fluffy.
  • If a thinner consistency is desired, stream in the olive oil while the motor is running.
  • Spread the dip into a shallow bowl and create swirls on the surface with a spoon.
  • Top with toasted walnuts, an extra drizzle of honey, and fresh thyme.
  • Serve immediately at room temperature with crackers or bread.
