Step 2: Mix the Sauce

    In a bowl, whisk together:

    • Soy sauce
    • Oyster sauce
    • Honey
    • Rice vinegar
    • Browning (optional)
    • In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Gradually stir the slurry into the sauce mixture. Set aside.

    Step 3: Marinate the Beef

      • Sliced beef
      • Soy sauce
      • Cornstarch
      • Rice wine vinegar
      • Ground ginger
      • Toss to coat and let sit while you prep the rest.

      Step 4: Sear the Beef

      • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
      • Sear beef until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
      • Step 5: Stir-Fry the Aromatics and Broccoli

      In the same wok, sauté:

      • Onions
      • Garlic
      • Ginger
      • Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
      • Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until just tender.

      Step 6: Combine Everything

      • Add cooked noodles to the wok.
      • Pour in the prepared sauce gradually while tossing to coat everything evenly.
      • Return the beef to the pan and stir-fry everything together until heated through and well coated.

      Step 7: Serve

      • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot. This dish pairs well with chili oil, extra soy sauce, or a squeeze of lime.
