Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 cups broccoli florets fresh or thawed
  • 1 can 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cooked rice, and broccoli florets.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and rice mixture. Add 1 cup of the shredded cheese and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
