Ingredients

For the Rolls:

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8-count, with icing reserved
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter room temperature
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • ¼ cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 –3 tbsp milk adjust based on desired consistency

Optional Add-ins:

  • Crushed Biscoff cookies
  • Chopped nuts e.g., pecans or walnuts
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat your oven as directed on the cinnamon roll packaging—typically 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Roll Out the Dough

  • Carefully unroll each cinnamon roll. You’ll be left with flat dough strips ready to be filled.

Spread the Biscoff

  • Spread a generous layer of Biscoff cookie butter over each strip, reaching right up to the edges. This ensures every bite is rich and flavorful.

Add Cinnamon

  • Sprinkle a dash of ground cinnamon evenly over the cookie butter to deepen the flavor profile.

Roll & Place

  • Gently re-roll each strip and place the rolls into your baking dish. Leave space between them to allow for rising.

Bake

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and baked through.

Prepare the Glaze

  • While the rolls are baking, mix ¼ cup Biscoff spread with milk in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and drizzle-ready.

Glaze & Serve

  • Once the rolls are out of the oven and still warm, drizzle the Biscoff glaze on top. Serve immediately.
