These Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are creamy, high-protein, and easy to make with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and honey. Perfect no-bake freezer snack!

Ingredients

For the Blueberry Compote

  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch optional, for thicker compote

For the Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt use full-fat for creamier texture
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra honey or maple syrup to taste optional

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Blueberry Compote

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the berries start to burst and release their juices. If you’d like a thicker consistency, dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water and stir it in. Continue to simmer for 1–2 more minutes, then remove from heat and let cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Yogurt Base

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract until smooth. Taste and add a drizzle of extra honey if you prefer more sweetness.

Step 3: Fill the Molds

  • Use a spoon to fill silicone molds or a mini muffin tin three-quarters of the way full with the yogurt mixture.

Step 4: Add the Blueberry Swirl

  • Spoon a bit of the cooled blueberry compote on top of each yogurt portion. Using a toothpick or skewer, gently swirl the compote into the yogurt to create a marbled effect.

Step 5: Freeze

  • Transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.

Step 6: Enjoy

  • Remove the yogurt bites from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before enjoying for the best texture.
