Make restaurant-style bread dipping oil in just 10 minutes! Bursting with herbs, olives, garlic, and parmesan—perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Castelvetrano olives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives chopped
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt or more to taste
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh warm bread for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Oil Base

  • Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a shallow serving bowl. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top.

Add the Herbs & Olives

  • Finely chop the parsley, basil, Castelvetrano, and Kalamata olives. Add them directly to the bowl.

Season

  • Grate in the garlic, then sprinkle in the oregano, flaky sea salt, and parmesan cheese.

Stir & Serve

  • Mix everything together gently until well combined. Serve immediately with fresh, crusty warm bread.
