Try this easy breakfast pizza with sausage, eggs, and cheese on a biscuit crust. A delicious, crowd-pleasing recipe ready in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or blend
  • 1 –2 tbsp all-purpose flour for gravy
  • 1 –1½ cups milk adjust for gravy thickness
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes, green onions, or hot sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Open the biscuit can, separate biscuits, and press them onto a baking sheet to form a unified pizza crust. Bake for 5–6 minutes to par-bake.

Step 2: Cook the Sausage

  • While the crust bakes, brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Set aside half the sausage for topping and leave the rest in the pan for gravy.

Step 3: Make Sausage Gravy

  • Lower the heat to medium. Add 1–2 tablespoons of flour to the sausage in the skillet and stir well to coat. Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened to your liking. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Scramble the Eggs

  • In another pan, scramble the eggs gently over medium heat. Cook until just set — they’ll finish baking in the oven.

Step 5: Assemble the Pizza

  • Remove crust from the oven. Spread sausage gravy over it like a pizza sauce. Add scrambled eggs, the reserved sausage, and top generously with shredded cheese.

Step 6: Bake

  • Return the assembled pizza to the oven and bake at 325°F for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
