Creamy buffalo chicken dip baked until bubbly and topped with blue cheese or ranch. Ideal for chips, bread, and veggie dippers—ready in 30 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Frank’s RedHot is a favorite
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese dressing or ranch for drizzling
  • Dippers: Fritos Scoops baguette slices, carrot & celery sticks

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  • Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.

Step 2: Transfer & Top

  • Spread the mixture into the bottom of a 1.5‑quart baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar over the top.

Step 3: Bake

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted, the edges are bubbling, and the top is lightly golden.

Step 4: Finish & Serve

  • Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle blue cheese or ranch over the top.
  • Serve hot with baguette slices, Fritos Scoops, or carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!
