  • 1 large egg beaten

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.

Step 2: Mix the Blondie Batter

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  • Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract until well blended.
  • Add the flour and a pinch of salt, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix to keep the blondies soft and chewy.

Step 3: Assemble and Top

  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
