There is something undeniably nostalgic about the flavor of a classic Big Mac, but when you transform those iconic elements into Big Mac Sliders, you get a version that is arguably even better. These sliders take everything you crave—the juicy seasoned beef, the tangy special sauce, the crunch of pickles, and the bite of fresh onions—and pack them into soft, buttery rolls that are baked until perfectly melty.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 12 count Slider Rolls
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 6-8 slices American cheese
  • ½ cup copycat burger sauce mayo, relish, mustard, paprika, onion powder
  • ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ¼ cup finely diced white onion
  • 12-15 dill pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess grease.
  • Slice the slab of rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Spread half of the burger sauce over the bottom buns. Layer with the cooked ground beef, then the American cheese, then the pickles.
  • Place the top buns on and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  • Carefully lift the top buns. Scatter the shredded lettuce and diced onions over the cheese, then replace the tops.
  • Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
