Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice + lemon slices
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden-brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the green beans. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the pan.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together for 2 minutes until glazed.
  • Stir in lemon juice, garnish with lemon slices and parsley, and serve immediately.
