Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is the kind of dish that feels like a warm hug at the end of a long day. It’s incredibly creamy, packed with savory chicken, and topped with a buttery, golden crunch that makes every bite feel indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Whisk until mostly smooth.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and the shredded chicken until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • In a small bowl, toss the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well coated.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken base.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
