Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ΒΌ cup all-purpose flour for thickening
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for searing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper, then sear until browned on all sides.

  • Liquid: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
