Instructions
Step 1: Sear for Flavor
In a hot skillet, brown the pork cubes over medium heat until each side is caramelized. This step locks in flavor and adds depth to your chili.
Step 2: Load the Crock Pot
Transfer the browned pork to your Crock Pot.
Add diced onions, chicken broth, chopped Hatch green chiles, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stir everything together to combine the ingredients evenly.
Step 3: Slow Cook to Perfection
Set your Crock Pot to low and cook for 6 hours.
