Ingredients

  • 1 lb short pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ small onion finely diced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • Sauté: Melt butter in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
