Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Step 2: Make the Honey Garlic Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
Step 3: Sear the Salmon
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Glaze and Finish Cooking
