Make crispy, juicy cheeseburger wraps in the air fryer! Loaded with beef, cheese, and pickles, they’re perfect for dinner or lunch in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 10- inch flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 16 sliced pickles
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter plus more for brushing
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

    In a large skillet over medium heat, add:

    • Ground beef
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic powder
    • Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

    Step 2: Warm the Tortillas

    • Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20–25 seconds to soften.

    Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

      Lay out one tortilla and spread with:

      • A thin layer of mayo and ketchup
      • 4 pickle slices
      • 1 slice of American cheese
      • About ½ cup of the cooked beef
      • Wrap it up like a burrito, folding in the sides and rolling tightly. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

      Step 4: Air Fry to Crisp

      • Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter.
      • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
      • Place the wraps in the basket seam-side down (work in batches if needed).
      • Air fry for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

      Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

      • Brush with extra melted butter if desired.
      • Let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
